Return policy

Our return policy is part of the Terms of Use . We reserve the right to change our return policy at any time.

I. General Rules

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and before using the item. If any mistakes have been made, or any problems have arisen, please let us know immediately so that we can sort it out.

Before returning an order or item, you need to contact our support team and request a return authorization number. This number will facilitate the return process. Without it, the processing of your data may take longer.

II. Right to Order Cancellation and Refund Request

You can request cancellation of the order of goods only if:

  • the item is damaged,
  • does not match your order,
  • goods of inadequate quality (manufacturing defects, expired shelf life).

You can use your right to return within 48 hours from the moment you receive the goods by delivery or purchase in a store. Your right to return is void if:

  • after 48 hours from the date of delivery or purchase in the store, you did not ask for a refund.
  • You have opened the product, regardless of the elapsed time from the moment of delivery or purchase in the store.

III. Appeals regarding a problem with a product

The appeal can be made online or in writing. It is necessary to draw up an appeal, which indicates a problem related to the product, according to the following template:

VI. Dispute Resolution Procedure

Please write a Complaint regarding a problem with an item and send it to us. In the event that the problem is not critical (for example, instead of a product of a certain volume or quantity, you received a product of a smaller volume or quantity), we can offer you to compensate for the price difference.

In case of mutual consent, we draw up a dispute resolution act. You need to print this act, sign it and send it to our mailing address (BOUTIQUE AESTHETICS, Bridge House, Eilat, Israel 88000).

We will return your funds without delay and no later than 30 days after receiving the signed deed. We will make a refund in accordance with the act in the same way that the payment was made.

V. Cancellation and refund policy

Please write a Complaint regarding a problem with an item and send it to us. After receiving a response from our side, you must at your own expense send the goods by mail to our mailing address (BOUTIQUE AESTHETICS, Bridge House, Eilat, Israel 88000). This is necessary for the examination of the condition of the goods and identification and confirmation of problems with the goods, to identify the responsible party (supplier of goods, courier service, our side).

If the examination reveals the absence of the problem indicated in the application for cancellation of the order (false application for cancellation), we notify you that the problem has not been identified and provide the opportunity to pay for the delivery in order to re-send the goods to your address.

If the examination confirms the problems indicated in the application for cancellation of the order, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of the first delivery of the goods from us to you (except for the delivery paid by you to send the goods for examination).

We will return your funds without delay and no later than 30 days after the result of the examination, if the examination confirms the problems indicated in the application for cancellation of the order. We will issue a refund using the same method as the payment was made. Under no circumstances can you be charged an additional return fee. You bear the cost of shipping the goods.
